1. Failed Transactions
If your payment is successfully processed but the data or airtime is not delivered to the provided phone number due to a system or network error, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds for failed transactions will be credited back to your PADODATAGH wallet or your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Successful Transactions
Because digital goods are consumed instantly upon delivery, we cannot issue refunds or reverse transactions once the data or airtime has been successfully delivered to the phone number provided.
3. User Error (Wrong Phone Number or Network)
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they enter the correct phone number and select the correct network before completing a payment. PADODATAGH will not issue refunds for successful top-ups sent to the wrong phone number or incorrect network provided by the user.
